• Featuring an integral frame design with the main beam pivot mounted directly onto the frame, the machine boasts superior structural strength. The overall layout on the frame is optimized for rationality; by lowering the center of gravity, stability is significantly enhanced. Furthermore, the center of gravity of the drilling rig has been shifted forward, allowing it to more effectively counteract the recoil forces generated by the down-the-hole hammer when drilling large-diameter holes. The floating angle range of the frame body has been expanded to ±10°, providing greater adaptability to varying terrain slopes. The crawler frame assembly utilizes a flanged-edge design, offering both an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high structural integrity. Equipped with five support rollers, the machine maintains exceptional stability whether traveling or drilling. It features original imported dual-speed plunger-type travel motors, delivering powerful climbing capability and allowing for convenient, efficient rig repositioning via seamless switching between high and low speeds. Additionally, an integral crawler anti-derailment guard has been installed to prevent the tracks from coming off the rails.

A matching switching valve enables dual-speed adjustment of the rotation speed, allowing the rig to adapt to the specific hole diameter requirements of various working conditions. The inclusion of a shock-absorbing buffer mechanism significantly extends the service life of the rotary head. The high-strength manganese steel guide rail is paired with integral wear-resistant pressure plates, eliminating the need for external lubrication and simplifying maintenance. A robust 24B roller chain, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, provides powerful thrust and lifting capabilities, ensuring rugged durability.
• The hydraulic system features valves and cylinders from leading domestic brands, complemented by an imported high-efficiency hydraulic pump and imported hydraulic hoses. The flow diameter of the hydraulic valves has been enlarged, resulting in a significant overall improvement in the performance of the hydraulic system. The independent dual-speed travel control system offers an unobstructed field of view and ensures safe operation, while an integrated instrument panel provides real-time monitoring of the drilling rig’s operational status.
• The extended, multi-angle drill boom structure offers an expansive drilling coverage area. It is capable of performing drilling operations at various angles—including vertical, lateral fan-shaped patterns (left and right), and horizontal positions at varying heights—while maintaining high structural strength and exceptional durability.
