1956
Kaishan Group was established in 1956, when it was called Qu County Xinqitie Factory.
1994
1994 Kaishan was the first company in Quzhou to be restructured into a China-owned Holding Co., Ltd.
1998
In 1998, Kaishan Company was completely privatized and restructured.
2006
In 2006, Kaishan brand became the first company in the industry to obtain the title of "China's well-known trademark”.
2008
In 2008, Kaishan became the first batch of enterprises in the compressor industry to obtain the title of national inspection-free product.
2011
Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in 2011
2015
In 2015, Kaishan launched the geothermal power station project, and “contributing to the conservation of the earth” has become Kaishan's core value.
2016
In 2016, it successfully wholly acquired European LMF with a history of more than 160 years.

Today's Kaishan is a large national-level enterprise in China
