The VPSA vacuum oxygen generation system traditionally uses Roots blower and wet Roots vacuum pump technology. Our group had no performance in this field before. Since the magnetic levitation blowers and vacuum pumps launched by Chongqing Kaishan Fluid Machinery Co., Ltd. have obvious energy efficiency advantages compared to Roots blowers and vacuum pumps, in May, Zhejiang Kaishan Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. automatically With the support and cooperation of the Control Research Institute, we will seize market opportunities and enter the vacuum oxygen production market. Kaishan Purification leads the design and manufacturing, supporting the magnetic levitation blower and vacuum pump provided by Chongqing Kaishan, and the automatic control institute designed the software control system, which has achieved success.
In mid-October, Kaishan’s first VPSA vacuum oxygen generation system was successfully put into trial operation at a leading enterprise in Tianjin. The oxygen generation system has a flow rate of 1200Nm3/h and a purity of over 93%. After half a month of debugging, it has reached the customer’s acceptance standards. The energy consumption ratio has been tested to be 0.30kW/Nm3, reaching the domestic advanced level and saving about 15% more energy than the traditional and most advanced Roots blower vacuum oxygen generation system. In addition, compared with Roots blowers and vacuum pumps, magnetic levitation blowers and vacuum pumps also have the characteristics of no need for basic installation, low noise, intelligence, 100% oil-free, maintenance-free, and no cooling water consumption, which greatly reduces customers’ costs during use. Hidden costs.
