On the morning of July 18, 2023, the Kaishan Heavy Industry Industrial Park, located in the Yaqueling area of the Yichang High-speed Railway
North Station Industrial Park in Yiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province, was crowded with people and drums. Today, Hubei Kaishan Heavy
Industry Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation.
Li Xingbing, mayor of Yiling District, and other local leaders, as well as leaders and representatives of Yihua, Xingfa, Sanning, Huaxi and other
mining companies participated in the celebration. The management team of Kaishan also participated in the celebration after attending the
mid-year summary meeting on the 17th .
At the celebration, Mr. Zhang Jian, executive director of Hubei Provincial Federation of Mines, vice chairman of Yiling District Federation of Industry
and Commerce, and general manager of Huaxi Mining Company, made a speech as a guest representative. He told everyone, “Huaxi Company is
at the beginning of mechanized production. Provided us with equipment and trained the first batch of equipment operators, and the two sides
formed a bond… We personally felt the strong boost brought by mechanized mining and intelligent management and control to safe production.
In the process, we established with Kaishan Heavy Industry. We have established a close cooperative relationship and forged a profound strategic
friendship.” He hopes that “Kaishan Heavy Industry will continue to pursue high-quality products and high-efficiency services… At the same time,
he is eagerly looking forward to Kaishan Heavy Industry’s more breakthroughs and achievements in mining quarrying blast hole drilling rig, tunneling
jumbo drilling equipment and special equipment required for special mine operations. Mine realizes intelligent development and cultivates new advantages,
new kinetic energy, and new vitality.”
Cao Kejian, chairman of Kaishan Holding Group Co., Ltd., delivered a speech at the celebration. He pointed out that Kaishan invested in the construction
of a new manufacturing base in the low period of the global economy, serving customers, precise innovation and efficient research and development in
serving the market and serving customers. In the past 10 years, relying on the Yichang market, relying on scientific and technological innovation, Kaishan
Heavy Industry has seized the opportunity of mining mechanization and successfully developed a series of fully hydraulic underground mining equipment.
The products have been highly recognized by customers in both domestic and foreign markets. Entering a new stage of development, Kaishan Heavy Industry
is closely following the pace of Yichang Mining’s “digital mine” and “smart mine”, and then seizes new opportunities. The development of the fully computerized
trolley is nearing completion, and the first phase of industrial testing is about to be completed. Chairman Cao Kejian asked Kaishan Heavy Industry to increase
efforts to build the Yichang R&D Center while the new factory was completed and put into operation, and continue to engage in research and development
close to the market.
Li Xingbing, the head of the Yiling District Government, delivered a warm speech. He expressed his appreciation to Kaishan Heavy Industry for
building a modern factory covering an area of 50 acres and a workshop area of more than 26,500 square meters in only 275 days, it fully reflect high efficiency
of “Yiling speed” and “Kaishan speed”. District Chief Li wished Kaishan Heavy Industry Yichang base success, and encouraged Kaishan Heavy Industry
to cooperate closely with Yichang customers to develop more high-tech new products to win the market, strive to start construction as soon as
possible, and implement the second phase plan.
Innovation brings dividends to enterprises. It is understood that in the first half of this year, Kaishan Heavy Industry’s revenue increased by 42.5%
compared with the same period last year, and its profit increased by nearly 100%. The export value and orders in hand exceeded 100 million yuan.
With the completion and commissioning of Kaishan Heavy Industry’s Yichang factory, Kaishan Heavy Industry has more room for development and
has product development results that are closer to the market. It can be predicted that Kaishan Heavy Industry will continue to grow and achieve more
brilliant performance.

Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Hubei Sanning Mining Co., Ltd., Hubei Yihua Group Mining Co., Ltd., and Yichang Huaxi Mining Co., Ltd.
