Bauma China (the 9th China International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machinery, Mining Machinery, Construction Vehicles and Equipment Fair), which has attracted the attention of the industry, was grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, bringing together 3,350 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions, and triggering a new wave of technological revolution in the construction machinery industry.
As a leading manufacturer of drilling equipment in China, Kaishan Heavy Industry participated in this exhibition with a variety of new equipment, including open-pit equipment, a full set of down the hole equipment, and three series of high-efficiency, brand-new impactors and drilling tools with Australian technology and Kaisan quality.
Adhering to the concept of “making first-class products and creating first-class service”, Kaishan drilling rigs are highly respected by the majority of users for their high quality and high cost performance. The ZT5 and KT12 integrated surface drilling trucks and the high-performance and high-efficiency KL510 fully hydraulic surface drilling trucks exhibited in the exhibition have the advantages of good integrality, high degree of automation, good rock drilling effect, environmental protection and energy saving, easy to operate, maneuverability and safety, which are in line with the national environmental protection requirements and satisfy the policy of constructing green mines.
The complete set of underground operation equipment includes KJ212 fully hydraulic road heading drilling truck and KJ311 fully hydraulic road heading drilling truck designed for different roadway operations. Model KS311 fully hydraulic deep hole drilling truck is used for chipping mining, and Model KM311 fully hydraulic anchor drilling truck and Model KQ311 fully hydraulic skidding drilling truck are used for roadway anchoring and de-risking operation. The underground full hydraulic drilling truck has high safety, the operator is under the protection of protective roof, away from the dangerous area; high efficiency, high frequency impact rock drill adopts stepped piston to optimize the efficiency of shock wave transmission, improve drilling speed, reduce the consumption of brazing tools and improve the safety rate of the equipment; the cart arrangement ensures a good field of vision for the operator, and the powerful 4×4 articulated chassis ensures flexible, fast and safe driving in narrow roadways; spacious and easy to operate, the truck has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, and high safety. During the exhibition, the booth of Kaishan Heavy Industry was crowded with people, many customers came to the exhibition, and domestic and foreign customers and visitors were in an endless stream. The Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association organized a group to visit Kaishan booth, and many state-owned mining industry giants came to our booth to learn about consulting and negotiating cooperation.
As the consumable products in the market, Kaishan brazing tools also became a highlight of the exhibition with their exquisite craftsmanship.
Kaishan Heavy Industry’s booth was located in the outdoor D.61, and the weather was sunny in the past few days of the exhibition. The white background and blue label of Kaishan Heavy Industry’s booth was particularly conspicuous, just like the quality of Kaishan’s products, which was also conspicuous among the numerous mining equipment. The 4-day bauma China has come to a successful end, Kaishan Heavy Industry, as the domestic drilling and gouging industry leader, will forge ahead to live up to the expectations of the next exhibition to show more progress.
