The main rotor uses high-grade PEEK engineering plastic, and the core components are precision-machined on specialized machine tools. It consists of a screw with six helical grooves, with a flat star wheel on each side forming the working chamber. The screw rotates, driving the star wheels in a continuous cycle of suction, compression, and discharge within the enclosed casing. Each rotation of the screw generates 12 suction, compression, and discharge cycles. The screw engages with both star wheels simultaneously, balancing the forces on the screw and doubling the displacement, while also resulting in a compact compressor size.
