Kaishan Group’s 2026 Annual Marketing Conference Was Held in Shunde, Guangdong

From December 1st to 3rd, the 2026 Marketing Conference of Kaishan Holding Group Co., Ltd. was held at Guangdong Zhengli Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (Zhengli Precision Machinery), a member company of the group located in Ronggui Town, Shunde District, Guangdong Province. More than 600 dealer partners from all over the country and neighboring countries attended the conference.

On the afternoon of December 1st, Chairman Cao Kejian delivered a keynote speech, calling on all attendees to “focus on the high-end market and go all out to expand market share.”

Chairman Cao systematically elaborated on Kaishan’s development and competitive strategies, explaining the company’s development philosophy, competitive strategies, and corresponding behavioral logic and methodology, all centered around the core content of Kaishan’s corporate culture. He emphasized that, after several years of effort, Kaishan has built a differentiated competitive advantage, a leading overall cost advantage, and continuously enhanced its global brand image. Chairman Cao expressed his special gratitude to the distributors for their strong support during the market downturn. He used data to support his point—from January to October this year, the company’s sales of two-stage compressors reached approximately 4,000 units, of which nearly 2,000 were high-power units of 160kW and above. Even more impressively, sales of high-power units of 160kW and above increased by a remarkable 40% year-on-year. Furthermore, from January to October, sales of high-end products accounted for nearly 50% of Kaishan Heavy Industry’s total sales. Chairman Cao emphasized that manufacturers and distributors should continue to collaborate, focusing on high-end products, and jointly promote the further expansion of sales of Kaishan’s oil-free products, ultra-high-efficiency air compressor series, fluid machinery products, as well as high-end products such as heat pumps, gas compressors, steam compressors, expansion generators, large drilling equipment, intelligent rock drilling robots, and fully hydraulic series.

At the same time, the company should leverage its pricing strategy to further expand its market share beyond the high-end market.

General Manager Dr. Tang Yan delivered a keynote report entitled “Higher Efficiency, Better Cost-Effectiveness, Enhanced Reliability, and Wider Application,” introducing the company’s inventions in the two major technological fields of oil-injected screw compressors and dry oil-free screw compressors by 2025. These achievements have significantly improved the energy efficiency of screw air compressors, enhanced product reliability, and built a solid technological moat for the company to compete in the market with differentiated advantages.
