- Completely oil-free: The pump chamber contains no lubricating oil, ensuring that process exhaust gases are not contaminated and emissions are clean, significantly reducing the difficulty and cost of solvent recovery.
- Excellent resistance to condensation and dust: The screw-type structure has strong “liquid handling” capabilities, smoothly discharging small amounts of liquid or fine particles generated during the process, preventing pump seizure.
- High vacuum and stable pumping speed: Utilizing a two-stage or multi-stage compression design, the ultimate pressure can reach below 1 Pa, maintaining a stable pumping speed across the entire pressure range.
- Corrosion-resistant design: For the chemical industry, the rotor can be customized with nickel-phosphorus alloy or Teflon coating, combined with all stainless steel flow-through components, making it impervious to corrosive gases.
