Equipped with heavy-duty diesel engines from manufacturers such as Yuchai and Cummins. Achieves optimal combustion throughout the entire engine operating range. The product features higher reliability, stronger power, and superior fuel efficiency.
Computer Control System
Displays operating parameters such as rotational speed, air pressure, oil pressure, exhaust temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel level. Features self-diagnostic fault detection, alarm, and shutdown functions to ensure safe operation even when unattended.
An optional remote network monitoring system allows you to monitor the machine’s operating status from your office.
High-Efficiency Cooling System
The latest achievement from our North American R&D center ensures the compressor always operates at its optimal state. Independent oil, water, and air coolers, combined with a large-diameter fan design, are suitable for both extremely cold and hot climates.
Triple Filtration System
- Air Filtration System
A patented, maintenance-free centrifugal air pre-filter removes over 90% of dust and impurities, extending the filter element maintenance and replacement cycle by 5 times. The precision filter layer of the cyclonic main air filter removes remaining dust, ensuring wear-free operation of the machine. The safety filter element allows for air filter maintenance without stopping the machine, ensuring safe operation. Suitable for continuous operation in harsh environments such as deserts and dusty conditions.
- Oil-Gas Separation System
Reduces the impact of excessive or insufficient oil injection into the separator on the oil content of compressed air, consistently maintaining the oil content of compressed air below 3ppm. Clean compressed air is beneficial for the safe operation of pneumatic equipment.
- 10μm Precision Lubricating Oil Filter
Ensures minimal wear on moving parts. Multiple fuel filtration devices protect the reliability of the engine’s fuel injection system.
Optional Value-Added Systems
- Low-Temperature Starting System:
The fuel heater’s water pump circulates the coolant from the engine block to the heat exchanger, while the fuel pump draws fuel from the fuel tank to the burner for combustion. Through continuous heat transfer, the temperature of the coolant, the entire unit, and the lubricating oil are gradually increased, ensuring the diesel engine’s starting performance in harsh cold and high-altitude environments.
- Aftercooler and Water Separator:
Ensures that the outlet air temperature does not exceed the ambient temperature by more than 15°C, making it particularly suitable for use with equipment that requires specific intake air temperatures, such as turbochargers.
